Well, it was an early Easter, the forecast was terrible and yet many gallant friends came down to see us to get the new season going. As so often happens the Lobb micro climate, in this very special part of North Devon, did no let us down and the horrors predicted by the weather forecasters did not materialise. Yes it was fresh, and some would call it very fresh (!) but at least the sun did shine for a lot of the time. Glorious in the sun out of the wind but in the shade in the wind brrr!
Anyway it was great to see you all and it will get a lot better
