BOOKING AND PARK CONDITIONS

1. All arrivals must report to Reception before proceeding on to the Park
2. Pitches are normally not available until after12 noon; but temporary parking may be possible. No pitching is allowed after 10.30pm
3. All pitches not claimed by 8 pm on the day of arrival will be re-let unless prior arrangements have been made with Reception. Guests must telephone Reception if they are going to be late
4. All pitches must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure. A late departure may sometimes be possible but this will be subject to a £5 fee
5. We reserve the right to refuse to admit to the Park any person we deem to be unsuitable for the peace and quiet of a family Park
6. Group and single sex bookings are welcome subject to the discretion of the Management
7. All tariffs are inclusive of VAT
8. Deposits for bookings are £10 per week. Please make cheques payable to LOBB FIELDS LTD. We take most credit cards. Neither deposits nor fees are refundable
9. We reserve the right to alter our tariffs in the light of increases in costs or in VAT
10. The use of generators is not allowed on Park
11. The speed limit of 10 mph must be adhered to by all whilst on the Park
12. The Play Area is for use by children between the ages of 5 to 12 years old holidaying on the Park
13. Wet suits may only be cleaned in the wet suit shower area outside the shower blocks
14. Children are not allowed to play in the shower areas
15. Pup Tents are only for the use of children aged 10 and under
16. Ground sheets should be of the breathable variety; this will be part of the Conditions in 2009
17. Dogs are allowed on site but must be on a lead at all times. They must be exercised in the dog walk and must never be left on the Park unattended. As this is a family Park all owners are asked to clear up any mess
18. In the interest of others on the Park we ask that excessive noise be kept to a minimum after 11 pm. If any disturbances are caused by loud music, excessive noise, shouting or any other disturbing behaviour at any time on the Park the offending parties will be asked to leave immediately
19. Only applicants listed on the booking form are entitled to occupy the pitch allocated for their use. If there are some on a pitch who are not entitled to be there all those occupying that pitch will be asked to leave
20. Those involved in rallies are of course in principle welcome but acceptance of all major bookings will have to be at the discretion of the Managers
21. Neither the company nor its servants or agents accept liability for any personal injury, loss or damage which may be sustained by the applicants or their property during the period they or any of them are on the Park except where it arises from the negligence of the company, its agents or servants
